Instruction manual
Lubrication: Ensure the molds are completely clean and dry before lubrication. Diesel oil diluted with 10% burnt oil (avoiding bubbles) is recommended. Avoid using vegetable oils. Tilt the mold to allow the oil to drain for approximately 30 minutes, then reuse the material. Never lubricate a wet mold.
- Filling: When using a trowel for filling, avoid crushing the shapes. Use a flatbed trolley to transport the filled shapes during drying. After shaking the shapes, do not stack them in large quantities.
- Vibration: Do not leave the shapes separate on the table, as they may collide with the movement and cause breakage.
- How to use: Use rubber mallets to loosen. Daily loosening is recommended. On hot days, you can perform additional loosening.
Cleaning and Storage: Use a 0.1 liter hydrochloric acid (muriatic acid) solution per 20 liters of water. Use a large container and let the molds sit for 15 minutes. Wear long rubber gloves. When not in use, store the molds in a well-ventilated, shaded place.
- Traceability: The recommended basic ratio is 3 parts sand + 3 parts gravel + 1 part cement. Variations may occur depending on the materials used, temperature, humidity, resistance, vibration, etc.
- Flooring: For light foot traffic, a thickness of 6 cm is sufficient. For normal traffic, 8 cm is more suitable. All high-quality flooring must be installed on well-compacted soil.
- Colored parts: Use high-quality pigments. Clean the molds regularly. To prepare the paste, add water, then cement, then pigment in this order. The manufacturer recommends using approximately 2 kg per bag of cement.
