A tip from a beauty boutique
Always use inoa with oxidized inoa for best results and adhere to the specified ratios.
If you want to highlight the color of the tips, blend the roots and lighten the color slightly up to one shade, and use volume 10 oxidizer.
To cover and lighten white hair by up to two shades, use Inoa 20 volumes developer.
To lighten the color by up to 3 shades, use an oxidizing agent with a concentration of 30.
