MMZ is a precision digital controller designed for solar heating applications. It controls water circulation through the temperature difference between the solar collectors and the heating tank. Using two sensors, this unit automates the heating of swimming pools and boilers, and it also features anti-freeze and overheating functions.
How does it work?
When the temperature of the solar panels and the swimming pool reaches a value equal to or greater than the programmed value, the pump activates. The water then begins to circulate, with hot water flowing from the solar panels into the swimming pool and cold water flowing from the pool back into the solar panels, thus minimizing the temperature difference. Once the programmed value (the desired temperature) is reached, the pump shuts off, stopping the water circulation in the heating system.
The control unit uses a dedicated LCD screen with touch buttons to display water temperature and output status. It has two inputs for an NTC temperature sensor and a control output for operating the circulation pump.
The temperature controller allows for automatic control of pool heating, and is operated by two sensors, one on the pool's solar heating panel and the other in the pool water near the machine room, which measures these differences and also has anti-illegal operation and solar panel overheating functions.
This device features high current capacity and can directly power a 1 HP motor. It is suitable for use in solar heating systems, solar panel pumps, and swimming pool heating systems.
